Salon Policy
Cancelation
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. A reminder text is sent out to you 1 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling the appointment at least 12 hours before your appointment. If an appointment remains unconfirmed, or if you are absent at the time of your appointment, the full payment of service booked will be charged to the card provided.
Gift vouchers
We do not refund gift vouchers, they are non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, products or other services.
Specials/discounts/promotions cannot be combined.
Gift Vouchers must be used within 3 years from purchase.
New clients
All new clients are suggested to arrive 5 mins earlier with clean lashes free of makeup and mascara to maximise lash time and have forms filled out ready for the first appointment to save time.
Late arrivals
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients, where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking. We always recommend the Holiday Inn Potts Point Hotel ($5 flat rate and book in advance with us).
Children policy
Due to the size of our room and the relaxing, safe and hygienic services we are unable to accommodate children and pets.
General policies
We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service so there are minimal distractions to our artists.
Before eyelash extensions appointment
Avoid caffeine at least three hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine may cause your eyelids to flutter.
If you wear contact lenses, please bring a case to remove them. We also recommend wearing your glasses for a couple hours following your appointment.
After eyelash extensions appointment
Please contact the studio within 48 hours of your initial appointment if we did not perform services to meet your expectations.
Eyelash extension may not be suitable for everybody. Please note that reactions/irritations may occur to anyone at no fault of lash techs or products used.
If this happens, please go to see a doctor as soon as possible and contact us immediately so we can arrange a time to remove your extensions. Should you need to seek medical attention, you must do so, and at your own expense.
While there are no refunds for this service once applied, removal within 48 hours is complimentary. It is important to understand that self-removal methods or having another
practitioner or professional - even your doctor- remove your extensions may result in excessive lash breakage and temporary damage.
Lash shampoo is a MUST for aftercare. Lash extensions must be cleansed daily with extension approved cleanser to maintain the health of your natural lashes, preventing bacteria from building up.
Infill policy
We DO NOT infill other salon’s work. No exception.
Recommended 3 weeks and MUST have at least 40% of lashes left to qualify as a fill. Please book accordingly.
If your previous appointment is more than 4 weeks, a full set will be applied.
